I photograph what actually happens — and still get you the portraits.
I’m a wedding, portrait and landscape photographer based in Vienna, available across Austria and Europe. Over the years my work settled into something between lifestyle and documentary: I’d rather wait for a real reaction than arrange one, and I’d rather find good light than add it.
In practice that makes me a quiet presence. I’ll tell you where to stand when it genuinely helps — family groups, one portrait hour — and otherwise stay at the edge of the room, watching for the moment just before or just after the obvious one.
The rest of my week: Excel tables, two bikes, more coffee than is defensible, and a serious position on chocolate. The spreadsheets are relevant, it turns out — timelines are half of wedding photography.
How I photograph
Available light first. Two cameras, quiet lenses, no flash walls. Direction where it helps, distance everywhere else.
What you can expect
Clear communication before the day, a calm person in the room on the day, and a sequenced story afterwards — not a folder of 900 similar frames.

Vienna and all of Austria as home ground; destination weddings across Europe, with travel quoted at cost.
